Our clients approach us to seek advice on Value Added Tax implications related to critical transactions. We also assist clients in, preparation, reviewing and filing VAT Tax Returns to ensure our clients are VAT compliant.
Also, upon mergers and acquisitions, we perform tax due diligence on targets to ensure they are compliant with the VAT laws and no surprises or hidden risks come up post acquisition.
Value Added Audits, Reconsideration Application Forms and Dispute Committee Representation

Our Approved Tax Agent Tareq Al Wattar enjoys comprehensive experience in the UAE VAT field since the introduction of the VAT system in the UAE and prior to that he has solid audit background with Big 4 firms.
